Our deepest condolences to the family. Howard worked with our late father (Charles Young) at NYSDOT in Hailesboro for many years. I can remember many trips with our late mother (Marion Young) out to the "Barn" on dads payday to pick up his check and Howard always made time to come and visit with us no matter what he was doing. I will remember his smile as it always lit up the room. I'm sure all the lost DOT members in the sky are welcoming him with open arms. God bless you all.
