Ray and I worked with Bill and were fortunate to call him "Dollar Bill" as friends. He was so very skilled in his work, financial planning, presentations and spoke with informed authority. Gouverneur Central School weathered many storms while Bill was at the helm. He spoke about his hobbies, asked Ray many hunting questions and while visiting in his office had the unique habit of twirling his tie around his finger. I am so thankful that I shared many positive thoughts with him within the last month. Mr. Bodah ...you will be missed.
