Obituary for Travis Fuller:
GOUVERNEUR - Travis Eric Fuller, age 24, of Gouverneur, passed away on Thursday, August 30, 2012 after being struck by a car on State Route 12 in Watertown while working.
Calling hours will be at French Funeral Home, 16 Barnes St., Gouverneur on Saturday, September 1, 2012 from 12:00 - 3:00 p.m. His funeral service will immediately follow at 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Beth Benham officiating.
Travis was born on July 29, 1988 in Rome, NY to Kenneth E. Fuller and Laura (Dusharm) Fuller. He graduated from Gouverneur Central School in 2006 and attended Penn State for two years.
Travis worked for Jefferson Concrete for the past two years. He has lived in New York and Pennsylvania throughout his lifetime.
Travis was a loving brother/son, loyal friend, comedian, fisherman, hunter, he loved being outdoors, was great with kids, a dedicated employee, first class wrestler, always good for a smile, kind words and a hug. Travis was a well-loved person who was always willing to lend a hand.
His survivors include his mother, Laura Fuller of Gouverneur; his father Kenneth, and wife Nancy Fuller of Buckingham, PA; his paternal grandfather, Zelmon Fuller; maternal grandmother Janet and her husband Michael Dusharm; three brothers, his twin, Tyler of Sparkill, Joshua of Rochester, and Ryan of Gouverneur.
He is also survived by his girlfriend and her daughter, Brittany and Ally Brown; aunts, Laurie Berube, Allison Pike, Lorraine Dusharm, Carrie Dusharm; his uncle, Ed Dusharm; and numerous great aunts and uncles, cousins, and friends.
He is predeceased by his paternal grandmother, Dorothy Fuller and his maternal grandfather, Greg Dusharm.
