What can you say to the family with the loss of such special person.
I remember Donnie from so many years ago when I first met Fred and through all the family gatherings. Donnie was always a constant. He had many friends in the Gouverneur community and of course at the Gouverneur fair. God rest your Soul Don and may your family find peace.

Thoughts and prayers to you Donnie. You are now at peace. I know the last few years were hard on you and you were trapped in the nursing home. I felt your frustration every time you called. We are going to miss those weekly phone calls and hearing your voice. I always could make you laugh no matter what kind of mood you were in. I will always remember you and how you absolutely loved our kids. Spoiled them from the day they were born. Just like you Spoiled Don Jr. and Troy when they were growing up. You are a great person with a heart of gold. You would always do anything for anybody. We will never forget you "Handyman Horton" , "Button Man". Your dedication to the St Lawrence Co fair and walking around yelling "News Paper, Get your news paper". Fly high and be free Donnie. Go raise some hell in Heaven!!! R.I.P. <3
Until we meet again, Troy, Tami, Destiny, Lindsay and Kory
