Cecelia M. Foley Henri, age 88, formerly of Star Lake, NY passed away in Hudson, FL on Friday, March 16, 2018.
Cecelia was born on February 1, 1930 in Star Lake, NY to the late Daniel Foley and Edna Marshall. She graduated from the Oswegatchie School I 1948. She spent her years in Star Lake caring for and raising her family on Colton Lane, until she moved to Florida in 1972.
Among her survivors include four daughters and one son: Roe and Lynn McCarthy of Brookville, FL, Daphne Henri-Foley of Star Lake, NY, Corinne and Thomas Ortense of Bolingbrook, IL, Joy and Vinnie Carta Jr. of Safety Harbor, FL and Kevin and Kimberly Henri of Valrico, FL. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
Cecelia is predeceased by her parents, her son Daniel and her brothers Donald and Merlin Foley.
Calling hours for Cecelia will be on Friday, June 15, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at French Family Funeral Home in Star Lake. Her funeral mass will follow at St. Hubert's Catholic Church at 12:30 p.m. Burial will follow at St. Hubert's Cemetery in Star Lake. Condolences may be shared online at www.frenchfuneralhomes.com.
