My husband, Ted, knew Fred from growing-up times in Edwards. When he said Fred was a hard worker, that was a sincere compliment. Whenever I saw him around town, we would have a catchup chat about the Mines and the people we worked with. Always enjoyed him. He was a great member of the CLifton-Fine community. Julie Lanphear
