From John Howe (Howze as Keith called me)
A Good Guy and a smartass (LOL) leaves us to soon!
I started working with Keith in 1977 in the timberlands division of St. Regis Paper/Champion until he retired in 1999. I have many fond memories of those days for example skipping out of work occasionally to play golf with him, John Flynn and Phil Nowell of course I was the young lad (his words not mine). Since Keith was the oldest of the guys that were out in the woods most of the time we always picked on him saying we know where he was because of the turkey buzzards overhead. Tuesday while I was paying my match in the senior league at the Cedars Golf course I looked up and saw one lone Buzzard, I knew he was watching over his league competitors.
RIP MY GOOD FRIEND, I'LL ALWAYS REMEMBER OUR TIME TOGETHER
